Sounds simple but you will learn and practice Basic Food Safety methods, which are key in so many areas. This course is ideal for anyone working with food eg. Community groups or volunteering in a kitchen. A very popular course with great outcomes – big “WOWS” and “YUMS”! Teams work together to prepare and make everything (except the bread!). This course goes way beyond the normal sausage sizzle!
