Among other things, Lauren will cover how to measure & manage your impact, how to bring your staff on the sustainability journey, and how to manage your climate risk as a tourism business – in simple terms.

This session is FREE for TICT Accredited Operators and Members, and a small $25 fee for non-accredited operators.
