An initiative of the Tourism Industry Council Tasmania, Skilled in Sixty is a webinar series designed to deliver 60-minute, bite-sized information sessions on topics that matter to Tassie tourism operators. 

During this session, Elly Reuben of Booking.com will take you through the full customer journey, from the first moment of intent to travel, right through to selecting a perfect place to stay.  Gain a deeper understanding into traveller motivations and booking preferences, how Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) drive demand for accommodation operators, and how you can optimise your offering online to capture more bookings.
