An initiative of the Tourism Industry Council Tasmania, Skilled in Sixty is a webinar series designed to deliver 60-minute, bite-sized information sessions on topics that matter to Tassie tourism operators. 

Our June webinar will provide insights into common mistakes employers make when employing and managing staff, tips to ensure you are complying with your obligations under the Fair Work Act (presented by Stacey Joseph, TCCI), and also a refresher on Superannuation (presented by Paul French, HostPlus). 

This session will cover:

  • Fair Work changes impacting operators
  • Understanding why people leave
  • Tips and tricks for retaining staff
  • Basic information relating to your own Superannuation
  • Superannuation information all employers should be aware of

There will be time for Q&A at the end of the presentation.

Operators and Members, and a small $25 fee for non-accredited operators.
