    TICT is thrilled to relaunch Skilled in Sixty - a webinar series designed to deliver 60-minute, bite-sized information sessions on topics that matter to Tassie tourism operators.

    Our second webinar will focus on the importance of managing your online reviews and reputation, and how to maximise the use of tools like ReviewPro (which all accredited operators can access for free).

    ReviewPro Sales Director, Avril Carter will share her expert advice to help you:

    • Understand how using guest feedback can help save time, support business operations, elevate the guest experience, and increase revenue
    • Maximise your ReviewPro account and its key features
    • Develop strategies to increase positive online reviews.

    TICT’s Kelly Luck will also be presenting on how to sign up for your free account and also the role ReviewPro has on final submission scores for both the Top Tourism Town Awards and the Tasmanian Tourism Awards.

    Workshop presenter: Avril Carter - With more than 24 years of experience working in hospitality, including strategic roles at TripAdvisor and Orbitz Worldwide, Avril brings extensive industry and market knowledge to her role as Director of Sales Asia Pacific at ReviewPro. Avril works with leading tourism providers, destination management organisations, industry associations and key stakeholders to monitor, manage and improve the guest experience across each stage of the guest journey.

    This session is FREE for TICT Accredited Operators and Members, and a small $25 fee for non-accredited operators.
