    Event description

TICT is thrilled to relaunch Skilled in Sixty - a webinar series designed to deliver 60-minute, bite-sized information sessions on topics that matter to Tassie tourism operators.

Our first webinar will focus on insurance - the number one issue that continues to be raised by our operators.

In this session, you will first hear from our CEO, Amy Hills, about TICT's advocacy agenda in this area, and you will then hear from our expert, Dane Bailey from Steadfast Taswide Insurance Brokers. Dane will provide an insurance market overview and discuss the trends we are seeing within the tourism industry. There will be a focus on risk mitigation and how you can best present your business to an insurer. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions at the end (or you can submit them ahead of time by emailing kelly.luck@tict.com.au). Lastly, you'll hear from TICT team member, Kelly Luck, who will provide an overview of the free resources available to accredited operators, including the Personalised Risk Management Tool which is part of the QTF Framework - this user-friendly interface will help you navigate your risk and prepare a customised Risk Management Plan for your tourism business (usually in under an hour).

This session is FREE for TICT Accredited Operators and Members, and a small $25 fee for non-accredited operators.

Press the 'Get Tickets' button now to register (please have your TICT accreditation or member number ready).

This episode of Skilled in Sixty is brought to you by Steadfast Taswide Insurance Brokers. Did you know that TICT Accredited Operators who engage Steadfast Taswide Insurance Brokers for their insurance needs receive a 25% rebate off their annual Tourism Accreditation Fees?
