    11:00am - 12:30pm AWST / 1:00pm - 2:30pm AEST

Welcome to SkillGym by Skills of the Modern Age.

Over the coming months, we'll be bringing you 90-minute online workouts to keep your innovation skills sharp as we create the future of work together.

In this SkillGym, we'll be learning how to create deeper engagement with your team, customers and clients online. With much of the country working from home, video calls have become a huge part of how we do business, whether it's within our organisations or to connect with others. There are plenty of guides and talks covering the basics of online engagement - we want to use our design and facilitation expertise to go deeper and share some tips for genuine participation and engagement.

We'll look at the core principles of deeper engagement online, and understand some of the mistakes we often make when we gather in virtual spaces. We'll also share some of our favourite tools and strategies for taking a virtual event to the next level!

We can't wait to see you online soon.

    Join the future skills movement.

We're proud to have worked with over 5,000 innovators through our skills workshops, community lunches and partner programs. Here's what our learners say about our programs:
