Event description

This event will be held online via Zoom
11:00am - 12:30pm AWST / 1:00pm - 2:30pm AEST

Welcome to SkillGym by Skills of the Modern Age.

Over the coming months, we'll be bringing you 90-minute online workouts to keep your innovation skills sharp as we create the future of work together.

In this SkillGym, we'll be exploring how empathising with your users and their needs can help businesses adapt in fast-changing times. Given the speed with which the world has changed in 2020, we're all coming to terms with new and very different circumstances - including the people who use your products or services. Developing an understanding of your users' unfolding needs and emotional drivers is crucial so that you can keep delivering them value.

In this session, we'll share the tools and mindsets that will help you take user empathy from concept to reality. We'll be exploring ways to stay flexible and respond rapidly to the needs of your users in real time, so that you can help them navigate the uncertain times we're living in!

We can't wait to see you online soon.

Join the future skills movement.
