Description

Walk down Llankelly Place on November 4 from 5pm and you’ll find that the leafy laneway has transformed into a pizza block party built around three neighbouring venues. A $50 ticket is your passport throughout the mini pilgrimage – flash it to collect all the exclusive slices, plus one ice-cold beer from Grifter to wash them down.

Dough kneaded by the experts at Cicerone Cucina Romana, will make its way into one-off Gozney specials from each kitchen. Euro-leaning wine bar Dear Sainte Eloise presents a take on pissaladière: the simple, savoury French flatbread is reimagined on pizza dough topped with slow-cooked onions, anchovies and black olives.

Next door at neighbourhood favourite Room Ten, the team is putting on The Andy, a beef sausage and broccolini pizza with four cheeses: mozzarella, provolone, Parmigiano-Reggiano and ricotta. The extra gooey invention is topped with Room Ten’s house-made chilli crisp and a smattering of lemon juice.

There’ll also be vegetarian option across the road at Pina, Room Ten’s sister cafe. Zucchini and caramelised onions sit atop a three-cheese base, topped with lemon and breadcrumbs.

Catch all the one-off collaborations, pizzas and slices across the inner city from November 4 to 8. Discover more and book your tickets now.
