Slow Flow Koha Yoga — 3 May
Event description
This practice is more than just a yoga class; it's a homecoming.
A sacred pause in your week to slow down, turn inward and remember your innate wholeness. Each practice is a co-creation — where wisdom flows in all directions and each person’s presence enriches the collective.
Through the sacred weaving of mindful flow, meditation & somatic exploration, you'll be guided into deeper presence and self-awareness. Each class has a unique teaching, infused with philosophy, luminary wisdom and inspirations from daily life — an invitation to journey beyond the physical and awaken insights from within.
Come as you are, leave transformed.
