SLOW FLOW YOGA & SOUND HEALING

MOVE. BREATHE. RECEIVE.

Presented by

Glowing Within & The Heart Mind Alchemist

Join us on the last Wednesday of every month for a restorative experience designed to bring the mind, body and spirit back into harmony.

Through slow, gentle movement and calming breathwork, we create space to release physical, emotional and energetic tension, restoring a sense of balance and ease.

Once grounded and present, you'll transition into a soothing sound healing experience designed to support energetic clearing, chakra balancing and deep relaxation.

This is a space to reset your energy, calm your nervous system and reconnect with your true self.
