This will offer you the time to reflect, move and restore. Welcoming all abilities and experience. We will explore meditation, breathwork, somatic practices and different styles of yoga. Think of this as your weekly retreat to come back to yourself surrounded by community with breathtaking views of the ocean and Sandon Point beach

A bit about me
I'm from London and I've been a Trauma Informed yoga teacher for over 2 years. I've worked in refugee camps in greece and serval charities across london as well as community spaces and universities teaching yoga, self regulation and mindfulness. I'm now in Australia on a new adventure and can't wait to be apart of the community.

I'm a beginner, can I join?
Absolutely! All classes will have modifications and options
Do i have to stay for social time?
Not at all! Even though its recommended. If you have to head off after the class please do so. Ive added half an hour so people can chat and make new friends or catch up with old ones!
Will the class be outside?
Yes, but this will be weather dependent, Sandon point surf club has just had a refurbishment with a beautiful veranda. If it's too hot, rainy, etc, we can move downstairs or inside, no problem!
