Slow Flow Yoga
Event description
We’re back for another 6-Week Slow Flow Yoga Series. This is an All-Levels class designed to bring a gentle stretch and release to your body while inviting calm and stillness into your mind.
Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend or someone who's always wanted to try yoga.
✨ Classes are run on a donation-based system, so pay what you can (message me if the minimum price is too much some week, and we'll figure something out!)
🌀 When & Where
-The classes will be run from Motion Health & Wellness Clinic in Scarborough (Above Aus Post, next to Form Pilates).
-The classes will be run on Wednesdays from 7-8 pm, from July 9th - August 13th.
🌀 What to Expect
A strong and slow class that helps you to drop out of your head and into your body. We’ll move slowly and mindfully, so it’s perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a more gentle practice that blends strength and softness.
🌀 What to Bring
Mats and props will be provided. Just bring water and wear something comfy for you to move in.
