Slow Flow Yoga | Term 4 | 2026

In this Slow Flow Yoga class, we'll take things at a slower pace! This class is suitable for both beginners and more advanced yoga practitioners, as the postures are held for longer and the sequences are slower than a regular Vinyasa style class.

Slow Flow allows the body to become more familiar in a pose & can invite an opportunity to make adjustments and modifications to support what feels best for each individual. The deliberate and mindful practice of a Slow Flow yoga class can help to ease tension in the body and mind and bring a sense of calm & rejuvenation.

Jemmi fosters a warm, welcoming space for you to ease into your practice and the week ahead.

This course will run for 11 sessions on Monday's from Oct 5 to Dec 14 2026 from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. Classes are at NECCHi Newlands, 20 Murray Rd, Coburg

Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

Meet Jemmi:

Jemmi is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance, with 620 hours of training. He offers Trauma-Informed somatic movement and community yoga. He infuses playfulness, humility, curiosity, courage, collective guided energy, and an open heart into his teaching and facilitation.

Combining asana, pranayama, meditation, sound and chanting, Jemmi enjoys employing restorative and grounded movement into shapes and sequences together with the breath as tools for clearing, strengthening, healing and revitalizing the body, mind, and spirit. Jemmi has over twelve years’ experience working in the arts in Naarm/Melbourne.
