    In this Slow Flow Yoga class, we'll take things at a slower pace! This class is suitable for both beginners and more advanced yoga practitioners, as the postures are held for longer and the sequences are slower than a regular Vinyasa style class.

    Slow Flow allows the body to become more familiar in a pose & can invite an opportunity to make adjustments and modifications to support what feels best for each individual. The deliberate and mindful practice of a Slow Flow yoga class can help to ease tension in the body and mind and bring a sense of calm & rejuvenation.

    Grace has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has developed a great sense of respect and appreciation for yoga and honouring the roots of yoga in her practice and teaching. She is from Tasmania and has been living in Melbourne for 11 years (Coburg for the past 3!) In her spare time she loves visiting markets, nature walks, cycling, travelling and spending time with her cats. Grace is a registered nutritionist and is interested in all things women’s health, particularly menstrual cycles, endometriosis, PCOS, gut health and adult ADHD.
