Event description
This 60-minute accessible yoga class is designed to help you build balance, flexibility, and muscle strength using supportive props i.e. chairs.
Whether you’re new to yoga, working with an injury, or simply looking for a practice that meets you where you are, Paige offers a welcoming and inclusive space for all bodies and abilities.
Through slow, mindful movement, we’ll explore how props can enhance stability, deepen stretches, and support strength-building postures. Expect a mix of standing, seated, and supported poses, with plenty of options to customize your practice. Breathing techniques and relaxation will be woven throughout to help you feel grounded and at ease.
No experience is needed, just bring your curiosity and willingness to move in a way that feels good for you!
