Slow + Steady Yoga
Event description
Join us for Slow + Steady Yoga, a low-pressure, grounding Hatha yoga class led by Tara Sonali Miller (they/she), Co-Director of the Bhakti Yoga Movement Center and the Soma School of Yoga and Somatics.
This gentle practice emphasizes presence and self-awareness over performance. While we will explore postural yoga, the focus is on tuning into your body and honoring how you feel—whether that means moving with intention or simply resting. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is needed.
Please note: props will not be provided, but you're encouraged to bring anything that supports your comfort and practice.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat or throw blanket to practice on
Optional: props like blocks, a strap, or an additional blanket
