This session is SPECIFICALLY FOR BLACK, BROWN, INDIGENOUS, PALESTINAN, PEOPLE OF COLOR
Theme: Slowness for our achey bones, joints, hearts, lungs, voices, brains, and on and on..
Taking care how we can is essential to our survival. AND I want us to have more than that so come an let yourself just exist for an hour
Safety:
~ limited to 35 ppl
~ must either verify your insta or by a person I know
~ Will receive zoom link day of
~ registration will cut off 1 day before
Access:
- captions
- most of the poses will be seating/not standing. All standing ones will be modify with a chair.
- we will intentionally breathe into/hold poses for longer than a "standard" class. The goal is to move AND rest. If any pose I suggest feels uncomfortable or painful I will provide alternative or resting poses .
~ everything can be done either sitting or laying
~ session is 1 hour
