Slow the Flow
Event description
Celebrating slow pedagogy
This professional development will examine how we can ‘slow the flow’ to unpack the rituals of early learning. We will see the impact that slow pedagogy can have on learning environments, and how educators can create a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere where they have time to really ‘be with’ the children, go off track, dive deep and take the longer view (ACECQA).
Dr Nicole Leggett

Dr Leggett has an ongoing interest in research conducted by educators working in the sector with the aim of improving classroom practices and has close connections with the schools of Reggio Emilia.
