Slow Your Roll is starting and ending at the Mueller Farmer's Market every Sunday from March - May, 2025

Slow Your Roll attracts a lot of different type of riders for different reasons. For some, it is a casual chit-chat ride. For others, it is the challenge they need to work toward longer, faster group rides. And, for folks who are already very advanced, it's a great post-ride recovery option for a few extra miles.

Team Snacks membership is not required, but you're welcome to join!

FITNESS LEVEL

Slow Your Roll is a great ride for people who are confident they can ride 10 miles before needing a break.

15 - 20 miles total
Snack store break (always)
Group photo break (most of the time)
No drop (we stick together and only go as fast as our slowest riders)

SUPPORT & SAFETY

Pre-ride meeting
- Round of intros (names and pronouns)
- Route information
Ride leaders
- in the front to help everyone follow the route
- in the back to help slower riders
Flat repair (but please bring your own spare inner tube)
Snack store break
Safety
- We call out turns and obstacles
- We follow traffic laws
- We stop as needed to regroup

ROUTE & GEAR

Bike lanes (asphalt) and paths (concrete and crushed granite)
Any type of bike is okay as long as you can average 12mph on it
Any apparel is fine. Lycra, denim... whatever makes you feel comfy!

- Spare inner tube required (in case you get a flat)
