Slumber Party (and PPG AGM!)

Get cosy, playful, and creative at Slumber Party—the next Perth Photoshoot Group event! On Saturday 9 November, from 2–5pm, we’re transforming Creative Space Mandurah into a dreamy boudoir-inspired setting with a fun twist.

However, from 1-2pm, we ask that you come along to have a voice in the future of PPG, as we hold our Annual General Meeting. This includes voting for committee representatives, an overview of finance, and discussion about the future of the group.

Think satin sheets, soft pillows, fluffy blankets, and twinkling lights—the perfect backdrop for playful pyjama vibes and relaxed portraiture. This event is all about capturing the softer, more intimate side of storytelling - whatever slumber looks like to you. Models are encouraged to explore a wide range of looks, and specific guidelines will apply to the event to ensure that models and photographers are comfortable and protected. These guidelines are below, and buying a ticket to the event constitutes acceptance of these guidelines.

Photographers will have the chance to experiment with mood lighting, soft textures, and lifestyle-inspired posing. From pillow fights and lounging on cushions to elegant, boudoir styling, Slumber Party provides endless creative opportunities to capture warmth, personality, and a touch of cheeky charm.

As always, PPG events are about collaboration, connection, and creativity. Whether you’re a photographer looking to expand your portrait portfolio or a model wanting to explore in a safe, supportive environment, this event is designed to inspire.

GUIDELINES FOR THIS EVENT
Perth Photoshoot Group – “Slumber Party” Shoot Guidelines

These guidelines are for Models and Photographers of Perth Photoshoot Group (“PPG”) regarding participation in the monthly themed Photoshoot on November  9th, 2025. All participants are expected to follow the below guidelines.

AGE: All participants of this shoot must be over 18 years of age.  Proof of age may be requested at any time by a PPG Committee Member.

DRESS STANDARDS: Models at this event are advised that no nudity is permitted.  A minimum clothing requirement of full-coverage bra and underwear is required at all times.  No sheer lingerie or g-strings/thongs are permitted for this shoot.  Models may be asked to change outfits if these standards are not met.  However, lingerie is NOT the only option – models are encouraged to interpret the “Slumber Party” theme however they like.

IMAGE UPLOADS: Photographers at this event are advised that while it will run as a normal event, however photos will NOT be uploaded to the Facebook group per usual.  Photographers must instead upload images to a designated external drive, NOT the Facebook Group.  This drive link will be provided by PPG no more than 3 days after the event. Each Model must still receive a minimum of three edited photos from each Photographer they work with, within 14 days of the shoot.

This drive link will be provided to Models after the event.  Models email addresses will be released to Photographers so they can provide additional images if they wish, as many photographers choose to do.

CONDUCT: All participants must arrive on time and conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the event with no refund.  No discussions will be entered into surrounding this removal whilst at the event.

IMAGE SHARING: Models may share and use their provided photos for self-promotion, provided the Photographer is credited. Models must give express written consent for any photos to be used in publication, competitions, or commercial projects.  PPG will ensure that all models are in agreeance with photos that may be shared on our social media platforms.

Photographers may share tasteful images on social media for self-promotion, provided Models are credited. Explicit or suggestive photos may not be shared publicly without the individual Model’s written consent.

PPG SHARING IMAGES: To protect privacy, Models will be contacted individually by a PPG Representative before any images are shared on our Pages, and all models have a right of refusal.  All approved sharing will respect the dignity and boundaries of the Models.

All participants release and discharge PPG, event organizers, Models, and Photographers from any claims related to the use of images in line with this Agreement. All participants agree to hold harmless all parties involved in case of injury, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances.

By signing up to this event, the participant confirms they are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood this Agreement, and agree to its terms.
