Small Business Round Table - Grenfell

Small Business Roundtable – Grenfell

Date: Tuesday 27 October 2026
Time: 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Location: Grenfell Bowling Club
Cost: Free

An open conversation about the realities of running a small business, from marketing and customers to people, pressure and everything in between.

Running a small business can be rewarding, demanding, unpredictable and sometimes pretty isolating.

The Small Business Roundtable is an open, facilitated discussion for local business owners to step away from the day-to-day, compare notes and have useful conversations about what it actually takes to run a business.

From customers and marketing to staffing, growth, burnout and boundaries, the conversation will explore the challenges, decisions and opportunities small business owners are navigating right now.

Facilitated by Emily Mann, founder of Mannpower, the evening is designed to be conversational rather than instructional. There are no pitches, presentations or one-size-fits-all business advice. Just thoughtful prompts, shared experiences and the opportunity to learn from other people who understand what running a business actually looks like.

Come with questions, experiences, frustrations or ideas, or simply an interest in hearing how other local business owners are doing it.

Real businesses. Useful conversations. No pretending anyone has it completely figured out.

Registration is essential. Places are limited. Light refreshments provided.

Presented by Regional Development Australia Central West and proudly supported by Weddin Shire Council.
