Event description

Are you a looking to evolve your approach to governance? Are you seeking to reimagine your leadership to create a more sustainable, hopeful future?

Governing for Purpose: Foundations for Directors is revolutionising the way we look at Governance in for-purpose organisations. Move beyond a risk mitigation mindset and unlock creativity to elevate your impact and increase value for stakeholders.

Our program is aimed at shifting board governance systems as part of a healthy ecosystem towards the Next Economy. Bringing together global leaders, essential frameworks and case studies of organisations at the forefront of stakeholder governance, this program guides leaders to what is possible beyond the current story of business and boardrooms.

This program provides you with all the essential foundations of governance, plus the inspiration and practical tools to embed consciousness, purpose and impact into your governance practice.

Each participant is required to undertake a review of yourself and your Board and create an individualised Board Transformation Plan throughout the program. The final session will allow you to share the Plan with your peers and invite you all to make a leadership commitment.

    Who is this for?
Governing for Purpose provides practical governance training for leaders across industries and sectors to evolve their practice. We welcome active board members and directors, people reporting to boards and others who are preparing to join boards in the future. This program is suitable for B Corps, non-profits, and commercial organisations.
