Small Group Facilitator Training

This training workshop aims to support participants develop the skills and confidence needed to facilitate a small group as part of a community assembly. Focusing on building trust and empowering community voices, exploring tools for inclusive and reflective participation, and how to move from tension to transformation - navigating conflict with confidence.

The session will be a mixture of theory, interactive activities and reflection.
