Event description

Theory of Change (ToC) is an actionable plan on a single page; it captures the essence of the service or program in a diagram. It is a story which describes the change an organisation, program or service wants to make and the interactions involved in making that change happen.

Please join us for an interactive online session designed for all-sized NFPs, Social Enterprises and Government Agencies to leverage their decision making process. Harnessing this tool will support your resource allocation, program evaluation and impact assessment purposes.

In this Interactive Webinar you will learn the following:

  • What is a Theory of Change
  • Why you should have a Theory of Change in place
  • How to create a powerful Theory of Change for your organisation

FAQs
-Who in my organisation should take this series of webinars?

We invite everyone in your organisation to be part of our webinars, regardless of their role - a team aligned with your goals will always make a greater impact.
While having everyone on board is ideal, we could say that people involved with strategic planning, raising funds, and delivering services are the ones who will get the most benefit from this series. We welcome General Managers, Social Workers, Community Development Managers, Program Coordinators, Project Workers, Researchers, among others.

-What can I expect from these webinars?

A hands-on approach. We understand theory is important but we also like having a learn-by-doing approach. You can expect didactic activities from which you will not only learn the terminology but also the practice. We also like deconstructing technicalities to make them more approachable to everyone in your team.

-What participants say about our webinars...

“I really appreciated the pace of the session, the focus on 'doing' rather than just listening to the information.”
“Practical and very easy to follow”
