Join us for a new group exercise class for older adults starting on Friday the 6th of September. Get moving and get social all at the same time - it's a great way to stay active, physically and mentally!
Smartmoves is a low to moderate intensity exercise class specifically designed for people with a stable chronic condition, older adults and people who may be looking at getting back into a safe, fun class to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility.
Participants will need to complete a Pre-exercise form and get a referral form completed by their GP before starting the class. There is no pre-class assessment necessary.
When: Every Friday, 11:45 am - 12:30 pm
Where: 2 Wisdom Street (Hughes Community Centre)
Cost: $10 per class for COTA ACT and Seniors Card members ($12 for non-members)
