Ellie Pipe, FareShare South West
"Highly recommend attending this course if you work in storytelling or digital content creation. Ben is very knowledgeable and explains things well. The afternoon session when he walks you through video editing step by step is really helpful for people who learn by 'doing'. I took a lot of learnings away."
Domonique, Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association
"I thought the Mile 91 Smartphone Filmmaking Course was fantastic. It was really practical, giving simple yet expert pieces of advice and instruction for us to take back and put into practice. What could have been quite a complicated session and subject matter, was delivered in a way that was easy to follow and learn from.”
Ella Stanbrook, Cruse Bereavement Care.
"The course was great. Ben’s teaching was spot on – clear, practical, step-by-step and allowing plenty of chances for questions. The duration and format, while brief, was perfect for the cost of the course and convenient for busy working days, giving more than enough guidance to start producing professional-looking video on a smartphone. The gap between sessions was helpful for filming. And the handbook is also excellent and I’m sure will be indispensable in the future."
Mike Carhart-Harris, RNLI.
“I really enjoyed making my film and I'm amazed at how much better my output has been after only two quick training sessions with you! So thank you for the top tips.”
Emily Cotter, Mind.
