    The Smarty Grad Party

An End-of-Year Games Industry Celebration & Local Talent Showcase.

With only a few weeks left in 2024, it's our last chance to get together and celebrate the raw resilience, chaotic creativity and pure passion that it takes to build a career in games.

We've put together a wholesome evening for all games industry folk to enjoy, so come join us for one last shindig where you can enjoy the company of your industry friends & colleagues, meet some of the industry's best & brightest and maybe play a game or two made by a talented local you haven't had the opportunity to meet yet.

This inaugural celebration was put together to give the incredibly talented individuals from this year's SMART Program, an opportunity to have their dedication and immense talent recognised.

The evening will kick off with a brief ceremony, masterfully hosted by the effortless charismatic and brilliantly clever, Matthew Jackson designer & co-founder of Toot Games (Creators of the hilarious heist game 'My Arms Are Longer Now').

We'll then take a moment to collectively cheer for the six superstars from this year's SMART Program and celebrate the personal and professional development journey they have embarked on.

From there, we invite everyone to enjoy our selection of locally made games made by previous SMART Program graduates, have a bite to eat and network the night away.

All are welcome! Tickets are FREE, but registration is essential.
