Women's Network Australia, in partnership with the Future Skills Organisation (FSO), is inviting a small group of SME business owners to a hands-on AI roundtable.

This is a practical, interactive session where you'll actively work through how AI can be used in your business.

What this session is 
Feeling overwhelmed by AI? You're not alone.

In this session, you'll work through an SME AI Coach, a free, government-backed tool designed to give you a clear, personalised starting point for using AI in your business.

It focuses on one thing: turning AI from noise into practical, usable outcomes for your business.

What you'll do in this session

• Complete a simple AI readiness assessment

• Understand your current AI confidence level

• Receive tailored coaching based on your results

• Identify 2–3 safe, practical use cases you can trial immediately

• Draft an AI policy for your business

• Identify suitable training options based on your current needs

You'll gain a personalised summary and a clear set of actions you can apply immediately.

What you'll walk away with

• A clear view of where you stand with AI

• Practical next steps you can apply immediately

• A structured way to keep building AI capability over time

What to bring:

• Your own device (laptop preferred)

• Access to your own AI tool (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)

About the facilitator 
This session will be delivered in partnership with the Future Skills Organisation (FSO), the Jobs and Skills Council for Australia's finance, technology and business sectors.

Siobhan O'Sullivan – Consultant, FSO 
Siobhan O'Sullivan is an executive leader with 25+ years' experience across finance, technology and logistics. She currently leads the Future Skills Organisation's national AI Skills Accelerator, helping organisations translate AI into practical, low-risk use cases.

Siobhan is known for turning emerging technology into real-world outcomes, having previously held senior roles including COO and Interim CEO at the Australian Computer Society.
