Join me, Sarah Fenton, owner and 'fish boss' of Bellarine Smokehouse. I'm a passionate foodie and have smoked literally tonnes of fish over the past 6 years.
I'll teach you my simple and quick smoked fish recipes using similar base ingredients. Smoky fish chowder, smoked fish pie and smoked fish curry - along with tips and tricks and some treats too.
We'll sit down and enjoy the dishes and a glass of local wine.
