Event description
This age-old practice enables us to calm the mind, relax the body and ease away stress and tension, which improves both physical and mental wellbeing. Learn some simple, easy-to-apply and effective meditation and yoga practices to achieve a deeper sense of peace in your daily life. Please bring your own mat.

For safety reasons, the building doors will not be opened until 15 minutes before the class and will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
