The Snake Rings are a simple, yet efficient way of developing your arms, wrist, and upper body for inner strength. By connecting breath with the use of static postures and resistive training, internal energy is built up to allow the Qi to extend out of the fingertips.
The Snake Rings are used in various martial art traditions combined with herbal rubs to develop an internal energy similar to a snake spitting out its venom.
This training method also has sitting, standing and moving short forms used later in the Snake Kung Fu System.
KUNLUN Practitioners can benefit from the way of the KUNLUN Snake both for physical and internal development.
For those interested in learning the Snake Rings, one can purchase a pair of iron or bamboo rings on the internet, the rings are not those worn on the wrist, these rings are about 12 inches in diameter. Most Kung Fu suppliers will have these.
