Most women who choose a tech career don't mean to be a trailblazer. But with the alarmingly low number of women starting a tech career, and the even smaller amount who go on to work in management roles, that's exactly what they are.
At our next Code Like a Girl event, we're exploring climbing the career ladder as a woman in tech. Thriving in a male-dominated industry doesn't come easy, but we want to help break down the barriers and give you the tools you need to achieve.
Tech can be a minefield, but it's also super rewarding to be working in a future-proof career you love and supporting other women along the way.
