Our installations begin the experience—but you help shape what they become. Over six nights, Snow Globe will grow and change as thousands of hands add to it.

- What ages is Snow Globe for?
ALL ages and everyone! Snow Globe is a warm, indoor winter experience designed for everyone—from babies in arms to grandparents. Strollers and wheelchairs can access the building using the elevator located off the 15th Street alley.
- Why is there a timed ticket entry?
We limit the number of guests admitted every 30 minutes to preserve the intimate atmosphere of the experience and keep you from spending unnecessary time waiting outside in the cold. Plan to spend about 60 minutes exploring Snow Globe.
- What if I need to cancel or change my tickets?
Need to cancel? No problem. You can get a full refund up to one day prior to your ticketed event. Just follow the instructions included in your emailed receipt. Need to change your day/time? Just reach out to us!
