Are you a bit afraid of cooking seafood? This is your opportunity to join one of Australia’s seafood chef legends Steven Snow (Snowy) of Fins Restaurant as he shares a lifetime of seafood expertise, preparation & cooking. The class is demonstration style, so watch, chat, listen, learn and quiz Snowy for some of his cooking tips.
