Snug Art Club: Spring Sessions - Zine and Soup 2

Snug Art Club Presents: Spring Sessions - Zine and Soup 2

It's Spring time and Snug is back!!

Our last Zine and Soup night was an absolute hit, so we are bringing it back for another session. Based again at our favourite host Dukkana, Zine and Soup 2 will be another fun evening of collage and community.

Think: Mini magazine making (zines), collage, junk journaling, photo books or art journals.

How it works: We will once again be exploring different ways to make a zine, and offering a variety of mediums for you to get creative with such as collage, mixed media drawing and paper embroidery. We will supply a variety of old magazines and crafting goodies for to forage from but if you are looking to work with specific photographs or materials please feel free to bring them along.

Perfect for all skill levels - whether you have experiencing making zines or this is your first encounter, this session is a space to explore and create without expectations.

Included in your $15 ticket:

-2 hours of creation time

-Another quick intro into zine making (for those that are new) and some more more zine folding techniques (for those returning).

-Materials for zine making: paper, art supplies, scissors, glue and old magazines (feel free to also bring anything special you would like to include in your zine)

-A cup of delish soup to keep you cozy and energized all night long

Limited tickets available for cash on the door.

Location: Dukkana, 99-101 Harding St, Coburg VIC 3058
