Sober and Fabulous is a free, fortnightly peer support group for people who are sober, sober-curious or interested in changing their relationship with alcohol and other substances. It is run by and for trans and gender diverse people.

What to expect

Sober and Fabulous aims to provide participants with a safe and supportive environment to explore your relationship with substance use, connect with others who have had similar experiences, and access support.
This program does not advocate for abstinence or for a particular model of recovery, but rather to empower participants to find what works best for you.
Attendance is completely confidential and anonymous. Sessions are interactive and will include a combination of facilitated discussion and sharing, and activities such as guided meditation or guest speakers.

Sober and Fabulous sessions are facilitated by a trans peer with lived experience of alcohol and substance use.
