Sober Saturdays

The Social Hermit welcomes you to join us for a social evening of connection and creative fun. In today's society, it seems everywhere you look, there is alcohol, despite knowing it is bad for our health and mental well-being. This can end up isolating and excluding folks who may have experienced AOD issues in the past, making it challenging to engage in social situations.

Join us for a casual evening of fireside chats (weather permitting), grafts, games, arts and snacks right in the heart of Northbridge. We all know you can still have fun without the booze! We will have a variety of art materials and crafty things to have a go with or you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

This series of four events is just the beginning, we hope this event will grow and develop to continue building a community of sober folks.

The Social Hermit aims to build a community space where everyone is welcome and feels a sense of belonging.
