Tuning in to Teens® – Emotionally Intelligent Parenting
A 4-Week Morning Program for Parents & Carers

Would you like to build a stronger connection with your teen and better support their emotional development?

Join us for a powerful, evidence-based program that helps parents and carers of adolescents learn emotion coaching skills, improve communication, and navigate the teenage years with greater understanding and confidence.

Program Details
When: Thursdays 4 – 25 September 2025
Time: 9:00 am – 11:00 am (arrive from 8:45 am for tea & coffee)
Where: Briggs House Dining Room, Senior School Campus
Cost: $20 total for all four sessions

Facilitators: Kylie Wolstencroft & Pat Daly

What You’ll Learn

  • How to recognise, understand and respond to your teenager’s emotions

  • How to support your teen to self-regulate and develop emotional resilience

  • How to strengthen your relationship through emotion coaching

  • How to manage your own emotional reactions in the face of teen challenges

  • How to reduce conflict and stay connected, even in tough times

Who Should Attend?

Parents and carers of young people aged 10–18 who want to:

✔ Improve communication
✔ Support emotional wellbeing
✔ Reduce conflict
✔ Build lasting emotional bonds

Spots are limited to 6–12 participants to allow for a supportive, interactive group environment.
