Help your neuro-divergent* teen develop their self-confidence, social skills and strategies for coping with change
The teenage years can include a LOT of changes. New schools, social media, new social dynamics and much more.
Many young people find change hard and feelings of anxiety can escalate. This 4-day school holiday programme introduces the creative arts to provide your teens with the tools and mindfulness they need to build their self-confidence, deal effectively with all the changes happening in their lives and skills to help develop good friendships.
Facilitated by registered Clinical Art Therapist: Jordan Monaghan

This course runs weekly for 7 weeks.
This is a registration of interest only so that the facilitator can determine if this is the right group for your child.
The cost is $460 (incl GST) and will be invoiced following the intake session.
