Join Anne Tunks and Jane Massa from Sydney Local Health District for a free 8-week program at Drummoyne Community Centre, 10 Cometrowe St, Drummoyne NSW 2047, Australia.
Work on ways to get the best out of your life, while making new social connections.
The 8 week program is a safe, inclusive place for older people, carers, people with mild cognitive impairment or early dementia and anyone who may be seeking greater connection with their local community
Registering for this program will enrol you to be a part of the group, for the full 8 week program.
This workshop will run every Tuesday from 1:30pm to 3:30pm on the following dates:
Week 1: Tuesday 16th September
Week 2: Tuesday 23rd September
Week 3: Tuesday 30th September
Week 4: Tuesday 7th October
Week 5: Tuesday 14th October
Week 6: Tuesday 21st October
Week 7: Tuesday 28th October
Week 8: Tuesday 4th November
