Marcus Watson is an Executive Manager at BackTrack, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering vulnerable young people and breaking the cycle of disadvantage. With diverse experience spanning engineering, community sector work, and social entrepreneurship, Marcus has established youth training and employment initiatives in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. He champions holistic, person-centred programs and currently established and leads BackTrack Works (a social enterprise) and the BackTrack Network aimed at replicating the successful BackTrack model and influencing systemic change in youth services across Australia.
