This class meets twice a week and is perfect for those looking for a gentle, safe, and effective way to stay active. Using small hand weights provided, you'll engage in simple exercises that focus on improving mobility, strength, and overall well-being, whether seated in a chair or working on the floor.
Please note: A doctor's certificate of fitness is required for all new enrolments to ensure the exercises are appropriate for you. Get moving with a group that understands the importance of taking things slow and steady.
