Social Game - Brewers cup 2025 April

Hello Cairns Coffee Lovers

For those who make black coffee at home. This one is for you.

We will have a little social game, not just for competition, but to use this as an opportunity to learn from each other and share ideas. 

We will use the same coffee(1kg) for all the competitors in this competition.

30-minute practice with the same coffee (500g until finish)

Bring your drippers & grinder ( Niche duo grinder & commandant grinder will be provided if you don't have your own )\
Another 25g coffee each round & 8 min for preparation. Overtime will be disqualified. At least 150ml of black coffee for judging, under 150ml will be disqualified. More is okay 

8 competitors in total 

1st round 4 ppl each in 2 group

Then 1 on 1 knock out competition

Judge by blind tasting

$20 ticket 

prize: one bag of coffee  + Award Certificate
