    Event description

Do you want to show your social impact?
Have you had to prove your impact model's effectiveness?
Are you looking to become certified through Social Traders or B Corp?

Come and join in a small group for the first of an exciting series on Social Impact Measurement.

Lead by Lara Stephenson of Social Good Outpost, this first workshop of the series will help you:

    • Establish the core problem you are solving through your enterprise or program, and
    • Create a logic model and key indicators to measure your success by.
    • We'll also talk about how to communicate this effectively to your team / community / customers / funders.

This is an active workshop where you'll get to use your own workbook we provide, share insights and ask questions of the other participants, and have some Q&A on impact measurement topics in general at the end.

    • Approx 1 hour of guided working through the activities including sharing answers in the small group for feedback and refinement, followed by 30 mins Q&A discussion on impact measurement in general.

This is the first in a monthly series that takes you through the impact measurement journey. Topics we'll cover range from creating your logic model through to theory of change, impact measurement and tracking, research methods, and impact reporting. Each topic is geared to be relevant to you now, contain usable tactics for applications and accreditations, and flex to the group on the day.

This event series is aimed at small to medium social enterprises, or community organisations running a specific program.

P.S. Since this is a very small capacity workshop, if you find it's sold out and want to attend another one, please message us at lara@socialgoodoutpost.com and we will put you on the first-to-know list of running it again in a fortnight or so.
