    Despite this, I have found many businesses don't have a plan to mitigate and manage a social media crisis.  

    As a result, I am hosting a 5 week live training program, "Social Media Crisis Management, The essentials to mitigating and managing social media incidents in 2022.: 

    This hands-on, interactive training  is for business owners, marketing managers and social media managers who know the power of social media, but also the risk.

    Starting on Thursday  the 1st of September and running for 1 hour over the 5 weeks you will:

    • Understand what a social media crisis is and how it can affect your business and your brand.
    • Get insights into customer behaviour online and how this influences their response.
    • Learn proactive strategies to mitigate risk and build brand equity. 
    • Create a current social media policy for your business.
    • Learn response management strategies and techniques.
