Keeping Your Kids Safe Online - Forum
Event description
Australia’s eSafety Commissioner is coming to Canberra to answer your questions on how you can keep your kids safer online.
Canberra parents often raise concerns with me about how to keep their kids safe from cyber bullying or the many other online threats that are emerging in our modern world.
As a parent it’s something I’ve had to try and manage with my children, sometimes more successfully than other times!
It's really not easy to navigate issues like online bullying or even how to have a conversation with your child about how to be safe online, let alone how you can take steps to protect them.
That’s why Australia’s eSafety Commissioner, Julie Inman Grant has agreed to come and offer Canberra parents some practical tips that will help you navigate your child’s online usage.
This ‘Keeping Your Kids Safe Online’ event will give you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the e-Safety initiatives to protect our children and our community in an increasingly online world.
