Social Sips is a popular Brisbane social club where people gather each month to explore the city’s best spots and meet new people along the way. Whether you're new to town or just keen to try somewhere different, Social Sips is an easy way to get out, grab a drink and meet people.
This month, we’re heading to RAISE Rooftop in Brisbane City for a night of drinks, meeting new people and taking in the city views. Inspired by New York-style rooftop spaces, RAISE is the perfect spot to settle in, enjoy a drink and spend your Friday night somewhere new.

Yes, you can come by yourself! Around 50% of attendees come solo. Social Sips is perfect for coming solo. It’s a great way to meet new people, make friends, and enjoy discovering Brisbane bars.
- Is this event for girls or can guys come too?
Everyone’s welcome at Social Sips! While we often have more women come along, we get a great mix - plenty of guys have joined in too.
- My first time! Is this like a get together to mingle around or games?
We know most clubs mean reading a book, going for a run, or doing awkward icebreakers and that’s not for everyone. Social Sips is easy. Just show up, discover a new Brisbane bar, and chat with friends or people you haven’t met yet!
