Social Sips is a popular Brisbane social club where people gather each month to explore the city’s best spots and meet new people along the way. Whether you're new to town or just keen to try somewhere different, Social Sips is an easy way to get out, grab a drink and meet people.
This month, we’re heading to Bar Lucé in Fortitude Valley for a night of drinks, good food and getting to know somewhere new. With a relaxed setting, share-style dining, cocktails and wine, Bar Lucé is the perfect spot to settle in and stay a little longer.

Yes, you can come by yourself! Around 50% of attendees come solo. Social Sips is perfect for coming solo. It’s a great way to meet new people, make friends, and enjoy discovering Brisbane bars.
- Is this event for girls or can guys come too?
Everyone’s welcome at Social Sips! While we often have more women come along, we get a great mix - plenty of guys have joined in too.
- My first time! Is this like a get together to mingle around or games?
We know most clubs mean reading a book, going for a run, or doing awkward icebreakers and that’s not for everyone. Social Sips is easy. Just show up, discover a new Brisbane bar, and chat with friends or people you haven’t met yet!
