At a time when life feels fuller, faster, and the cost of living weighs heavy... It's my honour to offer these free women’s circles to rest, reconnect, and return home to yourself. A sacred pause amidst the noise and rush.

This coming August New Moon weekend join me for Cosy Times In The Cocoon as we explore the theme: Soft & Slow

Choose from three different time options to suit your schedule. Please join one session only

A quiet space to gather, rest, and reconnect. Each two-hour circle is a warm invitation to slow down and listen inward. Guided through somatic awareness practice, reflection, simple teachings and rituals, circle sharing and quiet integration.

These circles are for any woman seeking a place to pause. If you’ve been feeling:

• Disconnected from your body, intuition, or inner voice
